Ethics, Compliance, and Conflicts of Interest

At Stratatek Solutions, we recognize that trust and compliance are the foundation of every government contract. That is why we provide contract management, subcontracts administration, procurement, and proposal support exclusively to commercial entities — including startups, small businesses, and mid-size firms that do business with federal, state, and local governments, as well as firms engaged solely in commercial contracting.

We do not provide acquisition or source selection support to government agencies, and we never represent the Government in any capacity. This ensures there are no organizational conflicts of interest (OCI) under FAR Subpart 9.5 or related regulations.

To further protect our clients:

• We maintain strict internal firewalls between all engagements.
   
• We execute non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for every client.
   
• We ensure no proprietary, source selection sensitive, or competition-sensitive information is shared.
