Structured Cabling Technician

Positions Available: Multiple

Location: Charlotte, NC, DC, VA, MD

Job Purpose:
Install low voltage cabling and connectivity systems to support data, voice, and fiber network infrastructure.

Job Requirements:
Interested Technicians should have experience installing cable pathway systems, Cat 5e/6, Coax, Single and Multimode fiber, firestop systems, and reading blueprints. Terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables. Ability to route cables in telecom closets, modular furniture and other work area outlets. Build out telecom and equipment rooms as specified. Possess working knowledge of ANSI/TIA/EIA cabling standards and the National Electric Code. Required to work on and from ladders and scissor/boom lifts installing low voltage cables and devices. Can lift and move at least 50 pounds.


Some travel required in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia with overnight stays.

Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, high school diploma or GED equivalency, and be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

Qualifications:

  • Have industry and manufacturer specific certifications. (Panduit, Corning, Paging, and AV)
  • BISCI certification highly desirable
  • Fiber Optic certifications

Experience:

  • Low voltage installation: 1 year

Low Voltage Technician

Positions Available: Multiple

Location: Charlotte, NC | Washington, DC | Northern VA | Maryland

Job Purpose:
Install low voltage cabling and connectivity systems to support data, voice, security, and fiber network infrastructure across a variety of commercial and government projects.

Job Requirements:
Technicians must have experience with:

  • Installation of cable pathway systems (J-hooks, ladder racks, cable trays, etc.)
  • Running and terminating Cat 5e/6, Coax, Single and Multimode Fiber
  • Firestopping, labeling, documentation, and blueprint interpretation
  • Building out telecom closets, server rooms, and IDF/MDF infrastructure
  • Working with ANSI/TIA/EIA standards and National Electric Code (NEC)
  • Operating from ladders and boom/scissor lifts safely
  • Lifting and moving 50+ pounds as needed
     

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel within North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and nearby regions
  • Occasional overnight stays based on project location
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
     

Preferred Certifications:

  • Industry/manufacturer-specific training (e.g., Panduit, Corning, Paging, AV systems)
  • BISCI certification (highly desirable)
  • Fiber Optic certifications
     

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in low voltage installation
     

Commercial Security Technician

Positions Available: Multiple

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Requirements:
Interested Technicians must have experience installing Access Control and CCTV Systems. Experience in Fire Alarm and Nurse Call installation a plus. Candidates should have a basic understanding of installing low voltage cable, cable supports, card readers, door contacts, motion detectors, door strikes, maglocks, IP cameras, read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Required to work on and from ladders and scissor/boom lifts installing low voltage cables and devices. Can lift and move at least 50 pounds.

Some travel required in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia with overnight stays.

Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, high school diploma or GED equivalency, and be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in any of the following systems a plus:
    • Access Control and CCTV – S2, LENEL, Amag, Honeywell ProWatch, Software House, DMP, Avigilon, Genetec, Bosch, Exacq, Axis, and Milestone
    • Fire Alarm Systems – Silent Knight and Fire-Lite
    • Nurse Call – Cornell
  • Certificates in NBFAA, NICET, and BISCI are desirable
  • Experience in electrical conduit installation a plus

Experience:

  • Low voltage installation: 1 year
  • Access Control and CCTV System installation: 1 year

Generator Technician

Job Purpose:
Install and maintain backup power generator systems for commercial and government clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of generator installation and maintenance experience
  • Familiarity with brands such as Generac, Cummins, Kohler
  • Valid driver’s license and background check clearance

Education and/or Experience:

  • Manufacturer-specific training preferred

Tower Technician – Maintenance

Location: Houston, TX

Job Purpose: 

Experienced in installation of communication equipment, cabling and hardware within specifications and industry standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Climbing and working on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment; performs tower maintenance under close supervision The basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment
  • Knowing the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment
  • The ability to climb elevated structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load
  • Analyzing situations accurately and adopt an appropriate course of action Follow instructions accurately and complete assigned duties Recognizing safety hazards and performing duties in a safe manner
  • Overnight stays and extensive travel required

Qualifications & Requirements:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience:

  • Must have High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 2+ years of experience climbing and working on towers
  • Must be a well-organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail
  • Industry experience and understanding of multiple carrier standards and procedures (AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of T-Mobile installation, troubleshooting and repair
  • Experience completing close out packages a plus Experience using antenna and line sweep and PIM test sets, and fiber inspection systems
  • Experience installing waveguide, coax, and other cabling systems to include antennas and microwave dishes
  • Current certifications to include: NWSA TTT1, Basic Climber/Rescue, OSHA 10/30, RF Awareness, First Aid, and CPR
  • Possess a valid driver license and be able to pass the Motor Vehicle Records check and criminal background investigation

HVAC Technician

Job Purpose:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across commercial, industrial, and government facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • HVAC certification (EPA Universal or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience
  • OSHA 10/30 preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel in VA, NC, and SC

Education and/or Experience:

Trade school or manufacturer-specific certifications a plus

Tower Technician – Site Build

Positions Available: Multiple 

Location: Houston, TX & Rotating locations

Duration: Permanent

Job Purpose:
